This Payment, Refund & Billing Policy governs payments, invoicing, billing, cancellations, refunds, subscriptions, advertising budgets, and all related financial obligations for services provided by Idealistlab.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

This Policy applies to all services offered by Idealistlab, including but not limited to:

- Branding
- Content Creation

- Dropshipping Consultancy
- Product Procurement Support
- Business Consulting
- Related Digital Services
3. Pricing
All quotations are based on the agreed project scope.
- Prices may be revised if the project scope changes.
- Additional work requested outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
- Applicable taxes, including GST where required by law, will be added to invoices unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules, including advance payments and milestone payments, shall be as agreed in the quotation, proposal, invoice, or Statement of Work.
Idealistlab reserves the right to:
- Pause ongoing work for overdue payments.
- Withhold final deliverables until all outstanding amounts are paid.
- Delay project completion due to unpaid invoices.
5. Payment Methods
Payments may be accepted through approved methods, including:
- Bank Transfer
- UPI
- Online Payment Gateways
- Debit Cards
- Credit Cards
- Other approved payment methods
Payment instructions will be provided with the invoice.
6. Invoices
Invoices are generally issued electronically unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are responsible for:
- Reviewing invoices promptly.
- Reporting any discrepancies without unreasonable delay.
- Making payments by the specified due date.
7. Late Payments
Failure to make payment on time may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Delayed project delivery
- Temporary account restrictions
- Recovery of outstanding dues as permitted under applicable law
8. Advertising Budgets
Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms such as:
- Meta
- Other Advertising Networks
are separate from Idealistlab’s service fees.
Advertising spend is generally non-refundable by Idealistlab once paid to the respective platform.
9. Refund Policy
Unless required by applicable law, the following payments are generally non-refundable:
- Completed work
- Custom software or website development
- Completed project milestones
- Consultation fees
- Third-party advertising spend
- Domain registrations
- Hosting services
- Premium themes
- Premium plugins
- Software licenses
- Other third-party purchases made on the client’s behalf
Refund eligibility, where applicable, will be determined in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
10. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation by providing written notice.
However:
- Work completed before cancellation remains payable.
- Expenses already incurred remain payable.
- Third-party costs are non-refundable where already committed.
Idealistlab may suspend or terminate services for:
- Non-payment
- Breach of contract
- Violation of company policies
- Unlawful activities
11. Recurring Services
Recurring services, including maintenance, marketing, SEO, and subscription-based services, are billed according to the agreed billing cycle.
Termination of recurring services must comply with the agreed notice period, if applicable.
12. Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact Idealistlab before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services
- Termination of ongoing projects
- Recovery of outstanding amounts through lawful means
13. Taxes
Applicable taxes, duties, and statutory charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
GST or other applicable taxes will be charged where legally required.
14. No Guarantee
Payment for any service does not guarantee:
- Sales
- Leads
- Revenue
- Profit
- Return on Investment (ROI)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Search rankings
- Website traffic
- Business growth
Results depend on numerous external factors beyond Idealistlab’s control.
15. Policy Updates
Idealistlab reserves the right to update this Payment, Refund & Billing Policy at any time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts located in Chapra, Bihar, India.
